 Thank you for choosing Golden Details. To ensure a smooth and professional experience, please review the following terms of service. 

Your detail includes only the services listed in your selected package or quote. If additional work is required—such as excessive pet hair, heavy oxidation, or unexpected contamination—I’ll inform you before beginning, and any add-ons will be priced accordingly.  A pre-inspection is performed before every service. Golden Details is not responsible for pre-existing damage including, but not limited to, sun-faded trim, peeling clear coat, cracked leather, torn/frayed upholstery, or prior repairs. In some cases, attempts to clean or restore a damaged area may worsen its appearance— this risk will be communicated beforehand when possible. Please remove all valuables and personal items from your vehicle prior to service. Golden Details is not responsible for lost or damaged items left inside the vehicle. As a fully mobile operation, I come equipped with my own water and power. That said, if you are able to offer access to these amenities, it’s always appreciated. Some specialized services may require access to an outlet or water spigot—if that’s the case, I’ll let you know prior to our appointment. A $50 non-refundable reservation fee is required to confirm all standard detailing appointments. This secures your spot on the schedule. If you need to reschedule, your reservation fee will be applied to the new date. Cancellations forfeit the fee. Booking with Golden Details confirms your understanding and agreement to these terms.
